The Winged Great Helmet is the strongest helmet in the game.

- Along with the Full Helmet, Great Helmet, and the Black Armor, this helmet has the highest armor strength requirement in the game at 10.
- It is based on helms worn by the Ritterbrüder, the knightly arm of the Teutonic Order, famous for its participation in the Northern Crusades.
- A drawback to the Winged Great Helmet comes when using ranged weapons in 3rd person, as the wings tend to block the view of the target. This can be counteracted by going into 1st person.
- Since this helmet is used by several lords, it is easy to spot them during a battle.
