Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord - War Sails, or simply War Sails, is a single-player expansion for Mount&Blade II: Bannerlord. Developed by TaleWorlds Entertainment and co-published with Prime Matter, it released exclusively for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on November 26th, 2025. Released concurrently with patch 1.3.0, War Sails is Bannerlord's first official expansion.
Centered around the Nordic invasion of Calradia, War Sails' main features include naval traversal and warfare systems (marking their second appeareance in the Mount&Blade series, after the Viking Conquest DLC for Mount&Blade: Warband), a revamped overland map, a new story questline, and a "returning" faction - the Kingdom of Nordvyg, with associated culture, troop tree, items, and character creation traits.
