Tulbuk is a village initially owned by the Khergit Khanate.

The Village Elder is located next to a bench on a balcony on the central building within the village.
Tulbuk is built upon the top of a hill among many steep hills with a few tall trees scattered about. It has a total of six structures at the top of a very steep path. There is a single field in a valley below the village with several clusters of haystacks. Other than a single string of hanging garlic on one of the buildings, there is no other sign of any food source.
If sent here during a Hunt Down Fugitive quest, the target may be found on the opposite side of the building farthest from where the player enters, standing next to a woodpile.
