- The "correct" spelling is however the game spells it. If I remember right, Warband is inconsistent - using both spellings, while the original was pretty much always two L's. Since Marshall is the more common spelling within the game, that's how we spell it here. If Bannerlord consistently spells it Marshal, we may change it.

Default Marshalls[]
So, should we note who the default marshalls of each faction are? I've noticed that it seems the same few lords are Marshall at the start of the game, then it shifts. IE, it's usually Count Delinard for Swadia or Count Matheas for the Rhodoks, then it changes as circumstances happen (capture usually). Is it hardcoded, or is it just chance?
