Staronowice is a Polish/Cossack-style village with fourteen houses built on a flat surface. On the side of the village there is a church, but there are no other distinctive features.
The Village Elder stands in front of a large plank-roofed house near the center of the village.
If sent here during a Hunt Down Fugitive quest, the Nervous Man will stand in front of a large straw-roofed house, beside a table and two stools.
