Sinelnikovo is a village initially owned by the Crimean Khanate, subordinate to Kyzyl-yar Fortress.

Sinelnikovo is a Polish/Cossack-style village with fourteen houses, built on flat terrain. Ahead of the player's entrance is a water well. There are three stables, but only two of them are used — they shelter three horses. There are two cabbage fields — one close to the player's entrance, and one far away from it.
The Village Elder stands in front of the large brick-roofed house, facing the water well.
If sent here during a Hunt Down Fugitive quest, the Nervous Man can be found inside the cabbage field on the far end of the village.
