Riga is a town of the Kingdom of Sweden, initially ruled by Governor-General Magnus De la Gardie.
It has the villages Salis, Panevezys and Siauliai.
The hero Priest Spasokukotsky was a priest under the bishop of Riga before his defrocking and excommunication.
