Plotsk is a Polish/Cossack-style village with seventeen houses. There are three horses stored under a stable. In the middle of the village is a water well.
The Village Elder stands by the stable, in front of a large brick-roofed house.
If sent here during a Hunt Down Fugitive quest, the Nervous Man stands opposite the Village Elder, in front of a large straw-roofed house.
