Philenora is the wife of King Derthert of Vlandia and, through her marriage, a member of House dey Meroc.
Philenora and Derthert have one daughter, Elys, and three sons - Alary, Morcon, and Erdurand.
At the start of the game, Philenora is the governor a Dey Meroc fief. She has a reputation of being decent and kind.
