Peasant Women are low level troops in Viking Conquest.
Follower's party[]
You can add them in your Follower's party for a bonus of up to +3 in Wound Treatment if enough present (along with: refugee women, camp women, soldier's wifes).
Every 10 women in the Follower's party (including them), will give you a morale boost of +1 in 72 hours up to maximum of +10.
Usage[]
They could be used as low quality archers/skirmishers in early game, but in late game you should protect them (keep them low in the troop rooster) for Follower's party purposes or to (eventually) promote them to Soldier's Wives. You can promote them yourself by keeping long enough in the party or deposit them in your court's garrison and the trainer will promote them up to Camp Women.
Where to encounter them:[]
You will seem them as NPCs in villages or other generic locations working the field.
They can be recruited in monasteries and can be seen traveling across with Clergy or in the "Village Farmers" parties:
