Nugai is a village initially owned by the Crimean Khanate, subordinate to Kyzyl-yar Fortress.

Nugai is built on relatively flat terrain, as a Russian-style village with ten houses. Seven houses form a curve along one side the path, and three more houses are on the other side of the path. In the middle of the village is a water well, which also leads to the largest house. Behind the largest house is a shelter that stores piles of wood.
The Village Elder stands in front of the largest house.
If sent here during a Hunt Down Fugitive quest, the Nervous Man stands beside the shelter behind the largest house.
