Not to be confused with Militia Musketeer, the Swedish equivalent.Musket Militiamen are Polish Commonwealth infantry marksmen conscripts. They are cheap and rather disposable, making them good for lures and massing up garrisons to open your party up for heavier units. They are also good for mass volleys against a charging line of infantry or cavalry, or simply outgunning a regiment of riflemen.
Tactics[]
Musket Militiamen aren't very good troops, that's why they are so cheap. They are acquired from Scythe Wielders. Although they are sharpshooters, Musket Militiamen don't have very high skill in firearms. In offensive sieges they could be used as a front shooting line. When they shoot from a close distance at the enemies on the wall, they draw the attention of the enemies onto themselves while the better ranged units can kill the enemies without having high casualties.
Stats and equipment[]
Note: Troops have a set of default stats; at the beginning of a new game, these stats are randomly adjusted for each type of troop. The following is the default set for this troop as seen within the game code and may not reflect the specific stats you will see during actual gameplay. For more information, see troop stats.
