Kobelyaki is a village of the Cossack Hetmanate, subject to Sich.

Kobelyaki is built on a relatively uneven surface. It is a Polish/Cossack-style village with eighteen houses. Near the middle of the village is a church, next to which are three graves.
The Village Elder can be found in a large fenced area, in front of the large plank-roofed house.
If sent here during a Hunt Down Fugitive quest, the Nervous Man can be found under a tree near the church.
