Karindi is a village initially owned by the Kingdom of Vaegirs.

The Village Elder is located in front of the second building to the left straight ahead from where the player starts, standing next to a couple barrels.
Karindi is set on hilly terrain with scattered pine trees. It has a total of seven structures. There appear to be three fields here, though they are buried in snow and only have mounds in them which are probably refuse left over from harvesting.
If sent here during a Hunt Down Fugitive quest, the target may be found behind the first building to the left from where the player starts, in one of the fields.
