Kafa is a fortress in the Crimean Khanate initially owned by Ahmed-pasha. The village of Ak-Mechet is bound to the fortress.
It is the birthplace of Fatima and the slave capital of Eastern Europe.

At the far end of the fortress, opposite the player, and after passing through the gates, is a port, access to which is blocked by invisible barriers. In front of the port is what one would assume to be the slave market. The prison is near the slave market.
During a siege, three ladders are placed on the left side of the gates.
Trade[]
Although Ransom Brokers and Slave Traders can be randomly found in taverns, Kafa is the only place where a slave merchant is consistently available. In fact, once the player arrives at the fortress, there is an option to "talk with the slaver" - this is due to its involvement in the Muscovite storyline quest The False Dmitry.
