Fregian is a village in Vlandia owned by the baron, Belgir of the House dey Fortes. The village is bound to Ocs Hall and is known to produce Flax.
Fregian sits on the flatlands north of Pravend, where the warmth of the Vlandian south begins to give way to the chills of the north. Villagers plant flax here amid the bogs and pastures.
