I have a teeny-tiny problem with my WFaS...
It's seems that although the start-up menu SAYS I have version 1.143, when I try to go on multiplayer, BOOM! No servers for some reason. Either I have no patience and my Internet connection is the worst in the Universe and the game retrieving the server list is really slow, or there's a bug of some sort. Or my game's corrupted. Or I'm simply not up-to-date with WFaS. ALSO!!!Also, whenever, I try the Black Mace quest, when I get to Mamai and the Cossack elections, I run into a bug: a black reiter stops me and gives me some message (to which I have no clue because I haven't touched WFaS single player in forever, and I don't want to find out), and I can't escape the dialogue box and continue. - If you suspect your game is not updated properly, you could try reinstalling it. I've never played WF&S multiplayer, so I don't know what to expect from their servers, but it is possible it is just a temporary issue and they will be up again later. As for the single-player problem, WF&S seems to be known for have some crippling bugs related to the main quest lines, especially The Secret of the Black Mace. It is recommended in the walkthrough on this wiki to create back up saves when doing that quest, and that's pretty much all I can recommend as well.

- Ok, I managed to download the latest version of WFaS on the Taleworlds website, but for some reason, whenever I exit the game, it immediately reverts back to the previous version. Maybe I got a bad copy... Or maybe not. The plot thickens.... AHeapOfFilth (talk) 00:23, February 4, 2014 (UTC)
- Did you just download a patch from TaleWorlds or redownload and install the full game? I recommend the latter.
