My tips say: crossbows do not work as well in rainy weather. but my game never rains, it fogs around once or twice per character but never ever rains. Is this a glitch?

- Probably not a glitch. Weather effects seem to be fairly rare and don't tend to last for a long time either. And if you aren't actively battling, you may not even notice it before it passes.
