Fisnar is a village of the Khuzait owned by Mesui Begum of the Khergit. The village is bound to Baltakhand and known to produce Sheep.
Description[]
Fisnar sits alongside the Zakhan, a tributary of the Karakaz river. Though this valley is snowbound for much of the year, the spring grasses nonetheless sustain sizeable herds of sheep, the thick wool of which protects them from this land's icy winds.
