Claig Ban is a village in Battania owned by High King Caladog of clan fen Gruffendoc. The village is bound to Rhemtoil Castle and known to produce Clay.
Claig Ban lies at the foot of a steep cleft that climbs the Uchalion massif. The villagers here gather clay from the nearby Myr river for sale to the potters of the Battanian towns.
