Bestein was a nobleman within the realm of Battania and a member of the clan fen Uvain. As of 1.2.9, he seems to have been removed from the fen Uvain clan and cannot be found in the Heroes seciton either.
Bestein’s father was the chieftain Melidir, his mother was Alcaea, his sister was Wythuin, and his brother was Culharn.
