The base carry capacity for a Hero is 60. For each troop you have in your party, you will increase the capacity by 1. This does not affect battles, walking in cities, villages and so on.
- Light load - Gained when you go over 50% of your current weight limit. Exact reduction on movement speed is unknown, whether it is a static number or percentage.
- Heavy load - Unclear on mechanic. Theory is: it's either a static number like having less than 10 weight left or it's like being less than 10% under max weight.
- Overburden - When you reach your maximum capacity. i.e. you have 99/100 and add one single weight you will be overburden and drop to 0.5 movement speed.
Changes to the load capacity can be caused by losing or having wounded soldiers, as this will reduce the weight limit. If you go over your weight limit, you will be capped at 0.5 speed. If you go over 30% over your weight limit, you will be reduced to 0.0 speed.
